Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Not damaged, worn, washed, or altered
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened products
  • Personal care or beauty items that have been opened
  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or suitable solution.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still request a return after receiving the item, subject to this policy.

Late or Missing Refunds
